The old names were deprecated in macOS 10.11, iOS 9. The new names
were introduced in macOS 10.8, iOS 6.
Fixes#438.
This reverts commit 6d00383baf.
It broke semver because it removed the export of CFIndex which
which older versions of the core-foundation crate are depending on.
Fixes#619
Drop #[no_mangle] from cg_event_tap_callback_internal
This allows multiple versions of core-graphics to be linked into the same binaries without getting "duplicate symbol: cg_event_tap_callback_internal"
sys: Introduce CFXML functionality
Implements CFXMLNode, CFXMLTree and CFXMLParser functions and related constants and structures. Even though all of them are considered deprecated, these may be the last bits of fully implemented core-foundation-sys crate (with functionality of macOS 10.7 and 10.8 obviously).

Get tests passing on macOS 13
macOS 13 uses NSTaggedPointerString for short CFStrings which means the retain counts aren't meaningful. Increasing the length of the strings avoids this.
Empty arrays also seem to refer to a shared constant object that doesn't have meaningful retain counts either.

sys: Introduce CFFileSecurity
Implements CFFileSecurity functions and constants. Some external functions are commented out because of a lack of `uid_t`, `gid_t` and `acl_t` implementations.
sys: Fix CFComparatorFunction and move it to `base` module
CFComparatorFunction declaration was missing one argument (void *context).
Here's its declaration from CFBase.h:
```c
typedef CFComparisonResult (*CFComparatorFunction)(const void *val1, const void *val2, void *context);
```
And its declaration in array.rs:
```rust
pub type CFComparatorFunction = extern "C" fn(val1: *const c_void, val2: *const c_void) -> CFComparisonResult;
```
Since it's declared in CFBase.h, I moved it to `base` module.
