Training workflow
  1. Case list available cases and package transfer.
  2. Case detail public case fields only before attempt start.
  3. Attempt flow attempt start, annotation note save, and attempt submit.
  4. Progress user progress after submission.

If a public training request fails, use Reload training data or Import cases, then choose a case.
