Semantic review uses operation contract_draft_semantic_review, a fixed Prompt snapshot, and at most the initial attempt plus one explicit retry. There is no automatic repair or fallback-success path. Consumers must reject failed, cancelled, fallback, and receipt-invalid jobs.

semantic_review_execution_identity_errors(request, job, evidence) rechecks the server-derived receipt against the stored job. The receipt is an integrity record, not a cryptographic signature or legal approval, and does not certify semantic correctness, legal correctness, or adoption. SDK availability does not by itself mean the workflow is enabled in a deployed service.
